Cutting Room is a concept by The Little League Vintage, created to give existing garments a new purpose through design and collaboration.

What is Cutting Room?
At its core, Cutting Room works with what already exists.
Deadstock, archive pieces and unused garments return to the cutting table, where they are deconstructed, combined, reconstructed and refined into new, one-of-a-kind pieces.
Developed by The Little League Vintage, Cutting Room extends our approach to circularity through craftsmanship and collaboration. Selected brands, designers and makers are invited to bring their own materials, identities and perspectives to the table, creating special collections that give existing garments a new purpose.
Rather than erasing the original character of a garment, we build on it. Every piece carries traces of where it came from while becoming something entirely new showing the value of what already exists and inspiring a more intentional way of consuming, creating and choosing.
Production takes place in collaboration with a social atelier in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Through this partnership, we support both the preservation of a dying craft, the traditional sewing and garment-making skills and the training of women who face barriers to entering the workforce, helping them develop their craft and work towards becoming professional seamstresses.
For us, this social dimension is an essential part of the concept. Cutting Room is not only about extending the life of garments, but also about investing in the people, skills and craftsmanship behind them.
Work with Cutting Room
We’re open to collaborations with brands, designers and makers who want to explore what can be created from what already exists. Whether it starts with deadstock, archive pieces, unused garments or a shared idea, we’d love to find a way to bring different materials and perspectives together through Cutting Room.
